Thank you for supporting RAS. This is a pre-order release — all orders will ship Fall/Winter 2025. Each piece is made specifically for you in small batches, helping us avoid overproduction and reduce waste. RAS is a female-founded, Rasta-inspired brand focused on sustainability, culture, and conscious craftsmanship. Your purchase directly funds the future of the brand and supports the mission behind every collection.

– East Coast: 1–3 business days

International Shipping
We work with all major carriers like UPS, FedEx, USPS and DHL.
Standard International Shipping: Typically 5-15 business day, depending on destination country and shipping method.

Purchase Policy
RETURNS
At RAS by Siedah, all of our garments are made-to-order with intention and care, in alignment with our sustainability values. We do not accept returns unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect. This policy helps us reduce material waste, avoid overproduction, and honor the resources used in creating each piece.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at info@rasbysiedah including your order number, a description of the issue, and clear images. We will gladly review your case and replace the item upon confirmation of damage.
Please note: We cannot accommodate claims made after 72 hours, as we are unable to verify the condition of the item once it has been outside our care.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for sizing issues, or if you prefer a different style. Please contact us within 14 days of purchase to make a size exchange. In the event your desired size is unavailable, we will issue a store credit valid for 6 months.
Style exchanges must be selected from current available collections; due to the limited-edition nature of our prints and pieces, we cannot offer exchanges from sold-out or archived collections. All exchanges are final once processed.
Damages
If you receive a damaged item or find something missing from your order, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery and follow these steps to ensure a smooth resolution:
- Email: Send a message to info@rasbysiedah.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and the delivery date.
- Unboxing Video: Please provide a clear video showing:
- The sealed package as received
- The unboxing process
- The damaged item and its condition upon opening
- Photographs: Include detailed photos of the damaged item, inner packaging, and any visible damage to the shipping box.
- Retain Packaging: Keep all original packaging and the damaged item until we complete our review. We may request the item be returned for inspection.
Claims without timely notification, unboxing footage, or adequate documentation may not be accepted, as we are unable to verify the condition of the package post-delivery.
